When the sounds of minimal electronics marry with the arabesque and dark reminiscences of the flow of thought of an experienced crooner, "The Big Self" emerges, the grandiose self that has finally lost its maniacal and insurmountable ego along the way, thus showing a naked and raw dreamy soul, solitary but vibrant to the visceral and ancestral blows of a pressing and obsessive rhythm.
Paolo Messere and Matteo Anelli take a break from Ostara's Bless, concentrating on an alienating but at the same time direct and communicative composition, thanks to the melodies inherent in the electronic sounds and nocturnal tales of Paolo Messere's lyrics.

Quando i suoni dell'elettronica minimale si sposano con le reminiscenze arabesche e oscure del flusso di pensiero di un esperto crooner, emerge "The Big Self", l'io grandioso che ha finalmente perso per strada il suo ego maniacale e insormontabile, mostrando così un nudo e anima cruda e sognante, solitaria ma vibrante ai colpi viscerali e ancestrali di un ritmo incalzante e ossessivo.
Paolo Messere e Matteo Anelli si prendono una pausa da Bless di Ostara, concentrandosi su una composizione straniante ma allo stesso tempo diretta e comunicativa, grazie alle melodie insite nei suoni elettronici e nei racconti notturni dei testi di Paolo Messere.
